Terms of Service

Effective date: 26 June 2026 · Last updated: 26 June 2026

In short: famielle helps you organize family life. Be a responsible user, the app does its best but isn't perfect, and you stay in control — famielle drafts, you approve. Don't rely on it as your only safeguard for critical things.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the famielle app and services (the “Service”), provided by Farzin Habibpour, an independent developer based in Paraguay (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use famielle

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. famielle is a tool for parents and caregivers; children may not create accounts.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in secure. When you invite others to your household, you're responsible for choosing the right access level for each person.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you add (emails, photos, documents, tasks, and so on). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to share the content you add, and for not adding anything unlawful.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to access other households' data, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. You stay in control of decisions

famielle uses AI to suggest tasks, dates, and assignments. These are drafts. You review and approve them. The Service is an assistant, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for your family's actual commitments. Please don't rely on famielle as your only safeguard for safety-critical matters (for example, medication, custody arrangements, or pickups).

6. Beta service

famielle is currently offered as a private beta. It may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times, and features may be added or removed. We may contact you about your experience.

7. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes. Before any discontinuation that affects your data, you'll be able to export it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service or its suggestions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using famielle and delete your household at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. On termination, the data-deletion process described in our Privacy Policy applies.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email hello@famielle.com.
